Our watches are manufactured by watchmakers with great care and are subject to strict quality controls. We therefore grant a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. During this time, a defective watch will be repaired free of charge. If a repair is not possible, the watch will be replaced with an equivalent model. To apply for a repair under the terms of the warranty, it is mandatory to present the certificate of authenticity and the invoice.

Extended warranty

By registering your watch free of charge, you have the option of sending your watch in for a paid maintenance service during the warranty period. By making use of this service, the warranty of your watch is extended for an additional 2 years.

To register your watch, please complete the warranty form in full and then upload your proof of purchase.

As part of the paid maintenance service, your Chrono Diamond will be completely overhauled and serviced by our watchmakers. This maintenance service includes the following:

  • Comprehensive on-receipt inspection

  • Checking the accuracy and regulation

  • Stripping the clockwork

  • Replacement of seals and water resistance test

  • Replacement of the battery in quartz watches

  • Comprehensive professional cleaning in several steps

  • Careful final assembly

At the customer's request, the following can also be commissioned:

  • Polishing of the case

  • Polishing of steel straps

  • Replacement of leather straps

In order to be able to claim the maintenance service, you must register your watch in advance using the warranty form above.


Despite all the care taken in the selection of materials and production, it is possible that a Chrono Diamond watch may be damaged. In this case, you can submit an RMA application under the following link and have your watch checked and repaired by our service centre in Germany. This also applies to repairs carried out within the warranty period.
